ได้จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายพิเศษ หัวข้อ “เรื่องที่วิศวกรสิ่งแวดล้อมควรรู้ แต่ยังไม่รู้” โดย ศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ดร.ธงชัย พรรณสวัสดิ์ ให้กับนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม ทำให้นิสิตได้รับความรู้ เกี่ยวการดำเนินงาน การทำงานในฐานะวิศวกรสิ่งแวดล้อม ในด้านมลพิษทางอากาศ น้ำ ขยะ ผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเน้นให้มีการคิดวิเคราะห์ให้รอบคอบของการกระทำต่างๆ โดยอาศัยหลักการของการทำได้จริงประกอบ
